Stewart Millington

CEO

A professional business leader with a specialism in business transformation and strategy, Stewart’s career includes senior leadership roles for a variety of businesses, as well as running his own companies. A great communicator with the ability to build rapport at all levels, Stewart is responsible for steering the company’s strategy and ensuring the team have the tools and resources to deliver it.

Steve Billot

Financial Director

Steve brings 40 years’ experience of commercial finance to his role as Highway Care’s Financial Director, including roles as the Managing Partner of a mid-tier accountancy firm and as the National Head of the business review team of a large accounting firm.  He has considerable experience of financial troubleshooting and transformation, and has carried out more than 1,000 business reviews during his career. His role at Highway Care includes providing financial information to our Board and other key stakeholders to ensure we track commercial performance successfully and plan effectively for continued growth.

Ben Duncker

Commercial Director

Ben has been with the Highway Care business for 20 years, during which time he has been instrumental in the company’s growth across all sectors and markets. Combining product and industry knowledge with a clear commercial focus, Ben works closely with colleagues, customers and industry bodies and sits on committees for a number of organisations  including the Perimeter Protection Suppliers Association (PSSA) and the Truck-mounted Attenuator Technical Alliance.

Adrian Bullock

Engineering Director

Having spent his whole career at Highway Care, Adrian has enviable technical, regulatory and commercial knowledge. His vast contribution to the Highway Care business includes leading on the development of our HighwayGuard™ portable work zone barrier for the international market. He is on the CEN BS5091 steering committee for BSi European crash test standards and on the Sector Scheme 10 committee managed by Lantra for National Highways. Adrian is responsible for HSEQ and driving collaboration with customers, partners and highways agencies to support innovation.

Phil Luke

Commercial Manager

A sales professional with an engineering background, Phil has worked internationally for most of his career, and has wide-ranging knowledge and experience from highways markets worldwide. He is passionate about educating people around the world about the importance of safer working environments and travel conditions. He is a member of the International Road Federation (IRF) and supports their mission to develop roads and road networks that enable access and sustainable mobility.

Ollie Pulling

Head of Applications & Innovations

With a background in engineering and product development, Ollie is focused on bringing products to market that will help to keep people safer on the roads. He delivers technical support to Highway Care colleagues and customers around the world, ensuring we respond quickly and effectively to all customer queries and requests for technical support. A Lantra certified trainer, Ollie is also responsible for delivering Lantra courses for NHSS requirements as part of Highway Care’s service portfolio.

Kevin Davies

General Manager

An experienced business leader, Kevin has a remit that spans Highway Care’s commercial and operations functions. This multi-disciplinary approach means that Kevin plays a key role in helping the business capitalise on synergies across departments, maximising the value of the expertise within the company with effective day-to-day management.

Ryan Croft

Head of Business Development

A sales professional with a wealth of experience, Ryan’s approach is to develop working partnerships with customers that aid collaboration and a solutions-driven approach. His role involves supporting Highway Care’s portable steel barrier customers and developing our market share for our market-leading BG800® low-deflection barrier.

Melanie Powell

Business Development Manager

An experienced business development manager with a proven track record in the highways sector, Melanie is responsible for business development across the Tertu TimberRail range of timber clad vehicle restraint systems, the SMA range of crash cushions and end terminals, and Highway Care’s range of HVM security products.

Kevin Shaw

Senior Operations Manager

A team-oriented professional with excellent people skills and a collaborative approach to getting the job done, Kevin is responsible for co-ordinating all the Highway Care delivery teams and liaising across our health and safety, commercial, operations and transport functions. His role involves understanding the customer’s needs and ensuring we deploy the right resources, on time and in the required location, by leveraging the knowledge and experience on our team. His role includes analytical thinking to identify and working through any challenges, and ensuring we manage expectations and keep our promises.

Mike Clarke

Production Manager

Technically and commercially trained, Mike comes from an automotive background and has worked with highly technical engineered products throughout his career, across international markets. Mike’s role involves identifying cost and efficiency strategies as part of our continuous improvement programme and developing cross-departmental processes to support internal stakeholders and provide joined-up service delivery for our customers. On a day-to-day basis, he plans and manages all aspects of our shopfloor activities, assists our sales team with information for customer quotations, and works with our customer services team to react to urgent customer requests.

Hayley Terrell

Head of Marketing & Communications

A creative marketer and communications professional, Hayley has a proven track record in the highways sector and a keen understanding of on-site safety challenges and the commercial drivers across the delivery chain. Responsible for external and internal communications across both digital and traditional channels, Hayley also looks after the company’s brand and message delivery across all business areas and markets.
