Experienced TVRS Installer
Highway Care is a leading supplier and installer of specialist highway and security vehicle restraint systems.
As part of our expansion, we are seeking Experienced TVRS installers / Team Leader / Supervisor, with potential for career development. Whilst the working shifts are predominantly night-time working, some occasional day and weekend working will be required, to suit the needs of the business, with crews primarily being dispatched from our Detling depot in Maidstone.
The role will require flexibility with working locations and shifts. Candidates may be required to work away; accommodation will be provided.
Permanent, full-time
40 hours per week
Location: Maidstone (preferred)
Salary: £25,424-£34,736 per year
Key Responsibilities
Ability to work individually or as part of a team, with excellent timekeeping. Maintaining high levels of delivery and customer service in the following activities
Supervising and mentoring others
- Barrier installation/removal
- Crash cushion/terminal and/or road restraint system installation
- Driving and equipment operation
- Yard duties
Essential Skills / Qualifications
- Full clean driving licence
- Experience in site construction
- Team player with a ‘can-do’ approach
- Health & Safety awareness
- Flexibility
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Work-Based Fencing
- SSSTS
- CSCS
