As we gear up for the festive season, we want to keep you informed about our warehouse operations to ensure a smooth experience for your orders. Please take note of the following important updates:
1. Reduced warehouse capacity from Friday 15th December:
Our warehouse team, as well as our pallet delivery providers, will be operating at a reduced capacity in the lead-up to the holiday break. For any large items that require pallet delivery, please ensure these are ordered by Friday 15th December.
2. Last orders dates for mobile traffic products will be Tuesday 19th December:
To guarantee the timely processing and delivery of your orders before our warehouse closes, the last day to place orders will be Tuesday 19th December. We recommend placing your orders in advance of this date to avoid any potential delays.
3. Warranty support until Thursday 21st December:
We understand the importance of ongoing support for warranty-related matters. Rest assured, our warranty services will remain unaffected, and our team will continue to assist you with warranty items until Thursday 21st December.
