We were thrilled to learn that the FALCON ACLM won the Highways Awards 2021 “Industry Product of the Year Highways Award”, along with our collaborative project partners, National Highways and Kier Highways.
The FALCON Automated Cone Laying Machine will remove road workers from the dangers of working next to lanes of live traffic and help prevent musculoskeletal injuries, as explained in the feedback from the judges:
“We were impressed with the clear evidence that this product removes a major area of risk. From concept, through to manufacture, to testing and eventual delivery, this product represents a ground breaking new approach.”
Many congratulations goes to Russell How who has poured his heart and soul into this project, we’re rightfully very proud. Also with thanks to Ben Duncker, Ollie Pulling and everyone else who has worked on the project from inception to the point we are at with road-trials complete and pilot fleets due to be on the network in 2022.
